Request a Mentor
If you are a student in the College interested in participating in the Collegiate Mentoring Program as a mentee, please submit the following online form. We will contact you within 10 days to schedule a 30-minute meeting to find out what you'd like from mentoring. This way, we can match you with a mentor who is well suited to you (in terms of interests, interpersonal style, area of study, cultural background, and so forth). If you have questions in the meantime, please contact us at cmpmatch@listhost.uchicago.edu.

If you are a graduate student interested in participating in the Collegiate Mentoring Program (CMP) as a mentor, please submit the following online form to request an application.
