Welcome to the Collegiate Mentoring Program!

The Collegiate Mentoring Program—sponsored by the Dean of Students Office in the College—is a diversity mentoring program that promotes learning and well-being from a student-centered perspective. In the Collegiate Mentoring Program you have the opportunity to work closely with a graduate or professional school student. At the center of your experience in the Collegiate Mentoring Program will be the friendship you establish with your mentor. You can spend your time informally or in getting support with your studies. Over the course of a school year, students spend their time with their mentors in a variety of ways—they eat together, talk and hang out. They discuss the ideas and concepts they are learning in classes. They exercise, go to the movies, go out to eat, attend events on campus, go to concerts... the list of possibilities is endless.

We also offer a host of opportunities for you to meet other students and other graduate students involved in the Collegiate Mentoring Program. We are always adding to our programming. You should visit our website often for updates to our calendar, and if you want to suggest a workshop or an event, please contact us.
